GETTING STARTED!
Set a date to start your plan. Choose a time when your social diary is quiet and work pressures are at a minimum to make the transition easier.
Eat a healthy diet full of fruit, vegetables, fish, poultry, etc. Preferably organic. Most fruit and veg have been sprayed at least 10 times with toxic pesticides before reaching the supermarket shelves.
Vitamins recommended for both partners are 30mcg zinc, 100 mcg selenium, linseed oil 1000mg, 50 mg of Vitamin B6 and B12, 15 mg Vitamin E, 1000mg Vitamin C and for women only, 400 mcg folic acid.
