About 3 steps to fertility

Charity

During my years of infertility I sought the expert advice of many professionals and organisations. One charity that is dear to my heart is Infertility Network UK (INUK). The work that they do second to none. They focus on giving couples emotional support, providing information on fertility issues as well as the ability to speak to counsellor and helpliners about your personal situation.

Infertility Network UK also represents patient views throughout the field of infertility. They work closely with all the relevant professional bodies including The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority, The British Fertility Society, The Fertility Nurses Group, The Department of Health and many more. The interaction with these organisations helps ensure that patients have a voice that is clearly heard.

I continue to enjoy the work I do for the charity as a ‘helpliner’. I also write articles in the quarterly magazine and attend the annual ‘Infertility Day’ conference. Sharing knowledge and experience is an excellent way to help couples take charge of their fertility.
